No, we  do  not  keep  our  products  in  stock.  Each  product  is  made  to  order.

Yes we  can.  If you are local to Hesperia, California  we  can  schedule  you  to  come  in  and  we  will  take  the  vent  measurements.  If  you  are  out  of  state  we  send  out  a template  you  can  fill  out  that  lets  us  know  the  dimensions  and  placement  of  the  vents.  We  accommodate  for  one  vent  cut  out.  Any  additional  cut  outs  are  $150 each. 

**Vent  cut  outs  cannot  be  done  after  rack  is  complete and  powder coated.  

Rugged components fit Rugged racks only. A Skyliner will not mount to a competitor’s roof rack and another brand’s side ladder or rack accessories will not bolt to ours. Gear is a different story: our racks bolt directly to the factory roof rails and are built to integrate Baja Designs and Rigid lighting, Fiamma F45s awnings, solar panels and most rooftop tents. Tell us your tent model and we’ll verify mount spacing.

Roof racks take 6–8 weeks, counted from your deposit and confirmed cutout measurements. Side steps and rear bumpers take 2 weeks. Side ladders, Skyliner, X-Bars and Rx4 take 1 week. Sky Grip takes 3 days. All lead times are counted before your order ships. Builds are scheduled in the order deposits arrive.

We ship throughout the US and Canada. For other countries, contact us and we’ll do our best to arrange it.

Racks ship LTL freight on a custom pallet ($350). Freight is quoted to your ZIP; a business address with a dock costs less than a home delivery with a liftgate. Send your ZIP and we’ll include an estimate with your invoice.

    • Light Bar Mounting: $200 (Free if purchased via RDC)
    • Spot Light Mounting: $50/ea. (Free if purchased via RDC)

If you require uninstallation and relocation of any configurations, such as solar panels, lighting, etc., from your current roof set up onto the roof rack, please note that our shop rate is $200 per hour.

Yes,  all  products  except  roof  racks  can  be  self-installed.  We  provide  install  instructions  with  every  order.
