Built by CAtuned Off-Road in California, this bumper replaces the Sprinter’s factory front with 3/16″ steel plate and 1.75″ round tube. It is finished in a zinc-rich epoxy primer under a textured black powder coat. It carries what a serious build asks of the front end: a winch, two recovery points and a front receiver. Your adaptive cruise control and sensors keep working once the factory radar sensor is relocated.
We selected it to complete the front of a van that wears an RDC roof rack. Specify it with a Warn VR EVO 12-S winch and Baja Designs pods on Axia Alloys mounts. Then have it installed at our Hesperia shop: one appointment, one standard, start to finish.
Fits 2019–2024 and 2025–2026 Sprinter. Requires relocating the factory radar sensor.
Lead time: Built to order by CAtuned Off-Road. We confirm your ship date as soon as CAtuned confirms production, typically within two business days of your order.
Delivery: Ships by freight. Freight runs $225 to $550 depending on your region. We confirm the exact amount after you order and bill it at our cost. Business addresses ship for less than residential.
Installation: Have it installed at our Hesperia shop, alongside your RDC roof rack or on its own. We’ll schedule your appointment once the bumper arrives.
Warranty: CAtuned’s 1-year limited warranty on the finish.
