The Baja LP Curved Light Bar is RDC’s most ordered rack and it shows you why the moment you see it on a van.

The front aperture was engineered around the Sprinter’s roofline. Not placed on top of it. The curve follows the geometry of the van and the arc of the light bar simultaneously, creating a front end that looks like it was always meant to be there. A 54″ curved bar fills the opening edge to edge. A 50″ bar gets a fabricated closing cover to achieve an enclosed. The deck runs full coverage, edge to edge. L-track down both sides. Low profile by design, not as a styling choice, but because anything higher would fight the van’s proportions rather than work with them.

Engineered to follow the Sprinter’s roofline and the arc of the curved light bar simultaneously. A design decision that makes the rack look factory-placed.

A 54″ curved bar fills the full width opening for a clean, enclosed profile. If you’re running a 50″ bar, specify at time of order. We will add a panel that closes the remaining gap so the enclosed aesthetic is preserved regardless of bar length.

Largest usable deck plate in the industry. 60 inches wide on all models. Full-coverage walkable aluminum laser-cut deck with RDC’s signature oval pattern with integrated L-track. Never off-the-shelf honeycomb sheet metal you’ll find in most sprinter racks.

Depending on your roof configuration, each rack comes with up to 2 access panels whether its for a 144 , 170 or 170 EXT wheelbase. Located on the driver’s side. Delivered uninstalled so wiring and roof layout can be finalized first. Installed for long-term use, with future serviceability built in.

Sits as close to the roofline as the geometry allows without bowing or flexing.

One vent or AC cutout included. Additional cutouts available at $150 each. Dimensions and placement confirmed at time of order via the RDC cutout form.

Compatible with 2007+ Mercedes-Benz Sprinter. Requires factory roof rails or similar.

All aluminum throughout. TIG welded in-house by Dennis. Built to order, not warehoused.

Approximately 6 to 8 weeks from deposit received. Production begins once deposit and cutout form are confirmed.
